Los amantes de Teruel
The tragic story of Diego de Marcilla and Isabel de Segura has transcended centuries, symbolising eternal love. In the Mausoleo de Los Amantes, you can learn about this legend in depth and contemplate the sculptures by Juan de Avalos that guard their remains, in a space that evokes the passion and destiny of lovers.
Modernism in Teruel
The Plaza del Torico is the heart of Teruel's modernism. Buildings such as the Casa de Tejidos El Torico, with its distinctive tower, display the ornamental and structural richness of this artistic movement. Enjoy a break on the terraces of the square while you take in the architectural beauty that surrounds you.
Camino del Cid
This historical-cultural route follows in the footsteps of the legendary Cid Campeador. Starting from Vivar del Cid in Burgos, it crosses the Sierra de Albarracín mountain range until it reaches Teruel. Don't forget to get your pass stamped at the Teruel Tourist Office, a document that certifies your passage and gives you access to discounts on accommodation and services.
